Generosity Grant Form

The purpose of an Imprint Church Generosity Grant is to share the resources (time, money, skills, etc.) that God has so generously entrusted to Imprint and its members with our community.

John 3:16 says that “For God so loved the world that he gave…“, and he never stops giving. Out of gratitude for His generosity, we are compelled to be generous to those around us.

By utilizing a Generosity Grant to fund an opportunity, every giving member of Imprint Church is engaged in the funded project. This form is our way of organizing requests made prior to serving so that we are thoughtful and responsible in the way we leverage the resources of the community. Please fill out the information below. We will get back to you soon regarding your request.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact office@imprintchurch.org for assistance in completing this form. The elder team will respond to you as soon as we can. Depending on the amount of the grant, you may be asked to supply the funds upfront and be reimbursed after providing receipt(s). Please be sure to request funds well in advance of your event/project. Generally, one month lead time would be appreciated.
